About Us

The story of Dapoer Kita began in 2009 when our first restaurant, Evergreen, opened at Istana Plaza Bandung. That is where the passion and love for culinary arts emerged—values that still shape our business today.

Evergreen specialized in Chinese cuisine and quickly gained a reputation for its authentic taste, fresh ingredients, and warm atmosphere that made guests feel at home.

In 2010, we moved the restaurant to Kotabaru Parahyangan — a rapidly growing modern district with strong cultural roots.

Until 2021, we expanded our services by offering catering for both private and corporate clients. This experience made us realize that high–quality spices are the key to exceptional flavor.

In 2012, we opened the first Dapoer Kita store in Taman Kopo Indah 2 — a place that became a home for cooking and culinary enthusiasts.

The positive response from customers helped the store grow, supported by a curated selection of Chinese, Indonesian, Korean, and Western spices chosen for quality, authenticity, and everyday usability.

In 2024, we opened our second store in Kotabaru Parahyangan, strengthening our position as a rapidly growing spice provider in the Bandung region.

Both stores have become gathering spots for culinary lovers — from home cooks to professionals.

The woman behind Dapoer Kita is Bernadette Lastuti — known for her warm, friendly, and professional approach. She has a gift for making everyone feel welcome, creating a unique sense of family within our stores.

Today, we look toward the future with optimism. We plan to expand to Europe and Australia — including cities such as Wrocław, Berlin, Perth, and Reykjavik — because we believe Indonesian spices deserve global recognition.

Together with our marketing partner, NEXUS Tech Solutions from Iceland, we are building a modern visual identity, strengthening our social media presence, and preparing strategies to enter the international market.
